Who we are
Prickle Crew is an independent community project within the Tough Smudge family. You can contact the site administrator using the Join / contact form.
Information you choose to send
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, optional event interest and a message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and coordinate any further contact you request. This plugin sends the message to the site administrator by email; it does not create a submissions database or subscribe you to marketing emails.
Hosting, technical data and external services
Our site is hosted by Fasthosts. Hosting infrastructure may process technical connection data and security logs. The site uses WordPress, which may set cookies needed for administration or essential operation. Headings currently use the Anton font requested from Google Fonts, which means your device contacts Google to retrieve font files. Links to other websites and social platforms have their own privacy practices.
How long we keep messages
We retain enquiry correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, handle follow-up conversations or meet applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to access or delete correspondence, subject to any lawful retention requirement.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, erasure or restriction of personal data, or raise an objection. Get in touch through the contact form for any privacy questions. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Changes
We may update this notice as the website develops, especially if analytics, embedded media, newsletters or new services are introduced.
